About the Speakers
Yong Heng Michael Tan
Michael, a Senior Lecturer at Nanyang Business School, NTU since 2021, previously taught at the National University of Singapore (NUS) for over a decade. He has specialized in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath for Masters of Technology and Business Analytics students. Michael has published a case study on RPA with the Asian Business Case Center and was named “UiPath Educator of the Week” in 2023. With nearly ten years in software development before his academic career, he holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s in business administration from NUS.
Kian Moon Ngeow
Kian Moon, also known as KM has been in IT leadership role in many multi-national organizations based out of Malaysia. He’s currently attached to The Adecco Group, being the Director for the APAC IT hub in Kuala Lumpur and also the Head of IT for Asia. KM is a strong believer in automation and digitization being a business enabler and efficiency driver, with past records of driving adoption and scaling of automation across organizations he has been attached to in the past.
Syed Pasha
Syed Pasha is a leading figure in Intelligent Automation and AI, celebrated globally for his expertise and achievements. Recognized as one of the “16 Global RPA Rockstars” by DynamicCIO in 2022 and a four-time UiPath MVP awardee, he has consistently demonstrated excellence in RPA. His contributions include winning the “Exceptional Motivator Award” in 2020-21 and training nearly 200 professionals globally. As the Head of Global Delivery for CognitBotz since 2023, he continues to drive innovation in Intelligent Automation. His impactful career, including his pioneering role at Roboyo in India, underscores his dedication and leadership in the field.
