About the Speakers
With two decades of customer-focused experience in the field of Technology, Eric has worked extensively in Telecom, Finance, HR, and ICT operations. He’s worked closely with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds in both private and public sectors. His expertise lies in optimizing resources to drive operational excellence and improve outcomes. He achieves this by employing process automation, data utilization, and LEAN methodologies.
Starting in 2017, Eric delved into the realm of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and later Intelligent Automation (IA). In roles ranging from Business Lead/Developer to Solution Designer, Quality Control, and Procurement specialist, he has contributed significantly to Enterprise automation solutions. With a strong background, he has spent over 15 years in various roles within Telstra’s Customer Services and Operations departments. These roles include being a CRM Programmer and business Analyst, SME of Contact Centre and managed Service Desk, Change Champion for the Agile Ways of Work program and process Improvement and Lead for Data Insights.
Eric’s influence extends beyond his roles as he has also been actively engaged in the AI community. He has been a speaker, organizer, and AI award judge at numerous AI, Digital Transformation, and Intelligent Automation forums across Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia since 2018. These forums have attracted executives from diverse industries including Public Sector, Banking & Finance, Health, Mining, Utilities, and Manufacturing.
