Having built Organizational strategies and led the Software Engineering and Infrastructure functions at the Emirates Group for more than two decades through modernisations, she derives inspiration when technology advancements are applied rightly to deliver business value.
Dr. Shivagami is a pragmatic Technology Transformation Leader who seeks to apply Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, Reliability Engineering and Cloud Architecture for long-standing growth and sustainability. She is a DevOps Institute ambassador, lead author of the SRE practitioner and the Observability courses and principal speaker at international events.
At Amazon Web Services, she is the Chief Technologist for Middle East and Africa and a Digital Identity evangelist for Public Sector.
