About the Speakers
Mahmoud Naser
Mahmoud is a seasoned automation consultant with experience in the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level intelligent automation programs in the Financial and Public Sectors. He has authored playbooks and articles around automation reporting frameworks and operational efficiencies. He has worn many hats, such as Process Discovery, Delivery, and Operations Lead. Before joining Blue Prism, he worked with Deloitte, IBM, Victoria Police, the Australian Open, and Bakers Delight.
Andrew Foot
Andrew, with over 25 years in IT, currently serves as the Regional Vice President for Asia South and Australia/New Zealand at Automation Anywhere. He focuses on cloud computing, SaaS, and cost optimization while building a sustainable business framework. His extensive experience includes leadership roles at HPE, Dell, EMC, Symantec, Veritas, and Telstra. Passionate about technology, he enjoys discussing Generative AI, emerging tech trends, and his personal interests like mountain biking and Bellaire Dressage.
Keng Thoe Chan
Keng Thoe has been with BAT for 15 years and has played many roles during this tenure. From architect, analyst to project manager, he understands the pain of mundane tasks that people perform day to day. In the last 4 years, he joined the automation practice for the last 4 years and led the automation team to deliver half a million hours savings over the last 4 years. He is now leading the Automation CoE practice for BAT as the Head of Automation Platform. Keng Thoe is incredibly enthusiastic about the world of potential automation and AI can deliver. He strongly believes that the future organisation will consist of a digital workforce working hand in hand with the human workforce.
